This marks an 11.6% rise compared to the previous year and a 35% increase since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dublin and Leinster are leading this inflationary trend, with Dublin experiencing a 12.2% rise—the steepest in eight years. The persistent supply-demand imbalance continues to drive price growth.
